If you would like to pre-ship materials please contact Lorri St.Claire (510.486.7493) who will make
arrangements with you to receive and store. You should confirm in advance of your arrival that
the materials that you have shipped have in fact arrived.

The closest entry to the Molecualr Foundry is the Strawberry Canyon Gate on Centennial Drive. Please see the map under the "travel" link for local directions
to this gate.

All visitors will need to present identification at the gate for entry onto Laboratory premises.

Very limited parking will be available around the Molecular Foundry (building #67) and
adjacent buildings (building #62 and #66). We strongly urge you to make use of public transportation
or to carpool if a second company representative is planning to attend (i.e. up to two with vendor registration).
You will receive an access pass at the gate. There is also a nearby parking lot at the Botanical Gardens for
a small daily fee of approx. $10.00.

You may drop off supplies at our loading dock, around the back of building 67. There is no parking
is this area, it is for loading/unloading only. Hand trucks and dollies are available at this
location if needed.

Upon arrival please check in at the registration desk located on the 3rd floor lobby at the West end
of the building.

You may set up your area as soon as you arrive; the doors open at 7:00 am. We will have a very
limited crew to assist and are assuming that your set up requirements can be
handled by the person(s) from your company who will be attending the meeting.

Feel free to help yourself to the continental breakfast, 7:30-8:00am on Thursday and of course to
all other meals provided.

The Program calls for break-out Workshops on the second and final day mostly held in several Foundry
meeting rooms. Exhibit take-down can begin anytime after lunch on the second day. Please
let us know if you will only be exhibiting for the first day.

We are very much looking forward to seeing you at this exciting nanoscience event. Please do not hesitate
to contact us should you have any further questions
