User Program Administrator
Dmitry Soustin is the Molecular Foundry's User Program Administrator. In this role, Dmitry manages scientific proposals throughout the processes of submission, review, and execution, and is a resource for proposal administration and user agreements. He also manages events, including meetings of the Proposal Review Board and the Annual User Meeting.
Prior to joining the Molecular Foundry in 2015, Dmitry worked in LBNL's Applied Nuclear Physics Program where he led administration and project management activities. His earlier jobs include managing research and academic programs at Stanford University and managing science engagement projects at CRDF Global. Dmitry also worked for international, academic and nonprofit organizations supporting international development programs. Dmitry is a graduate of the Monterey Institute of International Studies and San Francisco State University.
