Electron images of (a) monophasic CISu and (e) biphasic CISu-Cu2S nanoparticles. EDS mapping of (b-d) monophasic CISu and (f-h) biphasic CISu-Cu2S. A cap of a representative biphasic nanoparticle is highlighted with a white box for clarity. The intensity gradient in all biphasic nanoparticles is due to a corresponding thickness gradient of the cone-shaped bodies.
