Principal Scientific Engineering Associate, Inorganic Nanostructures
- M.S. in Chemistry, Miami University, 2006
- B.S. in Chemistry, University of Portland, 2003
Tracy has a wide range of synthetic expertise, focusing most recently on colloidal inorganic nanoparticles and metal borides. She offers synthetic support to Foundry users and assists with analytical needs such as optical absorbance, fluorescence, elemental analysis, and x-ray diffraction. Tracy is a go-to person for safety matters and developed “Nancy Nano”, an on-line book series for children and non-scientists to explain the exciting work going on at the Molecular Foundry.
