The Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee hosted a User Science Exhibition last month. The Foundry, as a member of the Society for the Science at User Research Facilities (SSURF) — which also includes NERSC, the Joint Genome Institute, ESnet, and the Advanced Light Source — hosted an exhibit to showcase some of the research done at the Foundry and highlighted the positive impact user facilities have to the scientific community and society at large.
