Drawn from many nations, experiences, backgrounds, and identities, we are strong together. Led by the Foundry’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability Committee, members of the Foundry community were invited to make their own flower to add to the bouqet over the course of a month. This activity presented a visual representation of the beauty of our differences, and the support we offer to one another.
