The fluorometer is equipped with multiple detectors, allowing spectra to be collected from 290-1600nm. The system works for standard fluorescence measurements, 3D, and PL lifetime (in the visible region). Available attachments include 96/384-well microplate reader accessories for high through-put data collection and an integrating sphere for quantum yield measurements (in the visible region). Samples can also be excited with 7 NIR diode lasers (785, 808, 830, 915, 940, 910, and 1064 nm) at 200-1000 mW.
Cary 5000 UV-Vis-NIR

The Cary UV-Vis-NIR has an absorbance range of 190-3300nm and is capable of transmittance and absorbance measurements for both films and solutions. An internal diffuse reflectance accessory is available, providing exceptionally low photometric noise and a 200-2500nm data collection range.
