Rigaku SmartLab X-Ray Diffractometer (XRD)
The Rigaku SmartLab powder and thin-film x-ray diffractometer is equipped with a 9KW, high-brilliance CuKa X-Ray source, and a HyPix-3000 area detector. It is equipped with an interchangeable stage, which can be configured for high-throuput, transmission, reflection, grazing angle, reflectance, or in-situ heating in a chemical environment. The X-Ray source is also configurable with cross beam optics for Convergent Beam and Bragg-Brentano, in addition to focusing optics that can form a 400 micron beam spot. It includes a software package ready for data analysis.
