The Molecular Foundry’s five-year strategic plan has been updated to reflect recent hires, acquisitions and programs. The plan is designed to provide a framework that guides Foundry-wide initiatives and priorities.
The new plan builds off of the thorough planning activities of 2014 and now includes updates that reflect continuous dialogue with each of our many stakeholder groups, as well as planning activities such as the Foundry’s Scientific Retreat (November 2014), SAB Meeting (December 2014), PRB Meetings (November 2014 and May 2015), UEC Meetings (monthly), and the DOE Operational Budget Review (February 2015).
