The Molecular Foundry has recently opened an exciting opportunity for a technical staff position in the Biological Nanostructures (NanoBio) Facility. This person will work with the staff and users in NanoBio to advance basic scientific research in the areas of synthesis and characterization of biological structures, biopolymers, and nanocrystals. Toward this goal, the person will assist users and staff in project planning, instrument training, and scientific interpretation, as well as providing help with basic laboratory safety, oversight, and maintenance. The position also provides an opportunity to pursue research, either in collaboration with users and staff or independently. A bachelors in one of the biological or chemical sciences is required, and candidates with Masters or Ph.D. will be preferred. For more information and to apply, please click here.
